On Friday 28th February get taken back to the glamour of 1920's Hollywood with Zara Du Rose amazing ZDR Vintage Glamour event in Brighton.
So lets find out all there is to know with the amazing Zara Du Rose. Hello Zara. Thank you for doing this interview with us.
Q. So can you let out readers know what Vintage Glamour is all about?
A. Vintage Glamour is about bringing the Roaring Twenties back in style!
We want our guests to be transported back in time to an era of classic Hollywood elegance, retro sophistication and a touch of kink!
A gathering of partners and friends for a night brimming with glitz, glamour and kinky fun…
Q. Where will Vintage Glamour take place?
A. We are pleased to be returning to the Hotel Pelirocco in Brighton for this event, we have exclusive use of the hotel for the night. All of our Brighton parties have been held there and it is the perfect setting for a naughty weekend away!
Q. Being that the theme is 1920s could you explain to our readers what the dress code will be?
A. We have created a Pinterest for the theme for those who would like some inspiration: Pinterest
Dressing for the theme is not mandatory though, as always we welcome all sorts of creative outfits and fetish wear. The main thing is “dress to impress” - so no jeans/trainers/t-shirts etc, or you will be turned away.
We are happy for guests to reach out with any concerns for the dress code, just email info@ZDRevents.com
Q. What made you come up with the 1920s theme?
A. It was decided by a vote on our instagram page, the choices were: Valentines, Vintage Glamour and Elements (earth/wind/fire/water) - the popular vote was Vintage Glamour and we can not wait to see how our guests will dress for this theme!
Q. What acts will you have on the night?
A. We are still finalising the complete line up for the evening, at present we have announced a shibari installation with Dolly (Yutori Shibari) and Hetty which will be a 40 minute piece that weaves together the elegance of rope artistry with the thrill of wax play and a delightful gag surprise!
Also joining ZDR events for the first time is Odelia Opium, who will be treating guests to a fantastic burlesque show.
We also have plans for some live music and other stage shows/walkabout pieces which will be announced once all the plans are confirmed!
Q. What rules will people have to follow on the night?
A. At all events we have our house and dungeon rules posted around the venue; these are very basic and easy to follow.
We want to ensure everyone has a safe and respectful environment to play in. If you have an incident to report, our staff and dungeon monitors are on hand throughout the evening and can be spotted by their Gold ZDR Sash.
The rules are:
-NO touching without asking
-Give others space
-NO means NO, do not bother someone after they have said no to you.
-Clean up after yourself/your scene, there are tissues and wipes available
-Be respectful
-Do not interrupt a scene
-If you are not sure, ask!
Thank you so much Zara for expalining everything that is involved for our readers.
