Q. Hello Rico. Thank yuo for doing this interview with us. So could you let our readers know what the UK Fetish Awards 2024 is all about?
A. The UK Fetish Awards 2024 is an exciting event that celebrates and honors the diverse and vibrant fetish community in the UK. It recognizes outstanding contributions across various categories, including best events, performers and emerging talents within the fetish scene. The awards aim to promote inclusivity, creativity, and the importance of kink culture, while also providing a platform for individuals and businesses to showcase their work.
Q. How long as the UK Fetish Awards been going and why did you start it?
A. It has been running since 2020 now. We felt there was a gap in the market here in the UK so decided to jump on this before anyone else did. It’s to bring everyone together and celebrate the industry together by networking
opportunities, with a chance to connect with like-minded individuals who share a passion for fetish and BDSM lifestyles. It is a celebration of freedom, expression, and the unique subcultures that thrive within the community.
Q. For our readers that what to come to this year’s event can you let them into some of the action that will be happening on the night?
A. The night will begin with red carpet photos at 7pm, followed by an evening of entertainment hosted by myself and my co-host, which I will be announcing who that is very soon, as well as announcing the winners of the categories during the evening. There will be plenty of time to mingle, network, and enjoy the party with cocktails and good company.
Q. You have a number of categories that people can vote for on thewebsite. Could you let them know about some of the categories?
A. This year, there are a total of 17 categories, which include Fetish Newcomer, Best Dungeon and also Fetish Photographer. I am very much looking forward to seeing the who wins this year or will there be nominees that retain their crowns, only way to find out, is to attend!
Q. Lastly what do you hope to achieve with this year’s UK Fetish
Awards?
A. Our mission is to destigmatize fetish work and offer unwavering support and free promotion to those within the industry. We strive to empower our audience to embrace kink and celebrate their sexuality in a safe and judgment-free environment and as mentioned before, bringing everyone together.
